Scotiabank presents $30,000 in support of the VOCM Cares Christmas Card Campaign!!!!

 January 23, 2012 Scotiabank staff presented a little over $30,000 to the VOCM Cares Foundation.  The donation was in support of the VOCM Cares Christmas Cards Campaign.  During November and December, Scotiabank partnered with the VOCM Cares Foundation, and assisted in selling their  12 pack Christmas Cards.  These cards were sold at Scotiabank branchs province wide.  Scotiabank also matched up to $15,000 under the Brighter Futures Team Scotia Community.  Kelly Reid, Executive Director of the VOCM Cares Foundation says “Scotiabank’s commitment to community is evident in the outstanding support shown by all branches during this campaign.”  Funds raised from the VOCM Christmas Card Campaign will be used to support community initiatives throughout the province.
